Add Joker Sport Plus to Porsche Macan with OTOFIX D1

 Macan Turbo 2017 can add Sport Plus to the car.

Added the mode using Otofix D1 scanner.
Access to the menu is not as easy as with the X431, i used this link to find out the parameter i was looking for.

With the Otofix D1 the menu items were as follows:
Coding > Instrument Cluster > and then see the pictures SP1 and then SP2
